Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Service Manager to join an organisation on a permanent basis in Bedfordshire.
Responsibilities of the Service Manager:
- Oversee the delivery of safe, secure and high-quality supported accommodation and services, ensuring positive outcomes for customers.
- Line manage, mentor and develop Team Leaders.
- Monitor service performance, including voids, rent collection, arrears, budgets and KPIs, taking action to achieve targets.
- Oversee safeguarding, complex cases, complaints and legal matters, ensuring compliance with policies, legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Build strong relationships with local authorities, external agencies and stakeholders, supporting partnership working, tenders and service development.
- Drive continuous improvement across services, reviewing processes, managing risk and ensuring effective housing management, repairs and compliance.
Essential Experience of the Service Manager:
- Full UK Driving License
- Enhanced DBS
